Job Description:

You will provide solution proposals and project delivery to manufacturing customers, leveraging
your deep experience and extensive knowledge of business intelligence and analytics. As (1) a
business consultant or (2) a product consultant, your mission is to realize the customer’s vision of
PLM (Product Lifecycle Management).
In the manufacturing industry, technological innovation is advancing rapidly, and the
manufacturing environment is changing dramatically.
From product planning and development to the manufacturing process, many processes are
under computer control, and the complexity of these processes is increasing. We are looking for
people who can build the best possible mechanism to immediately share large amounts of digital
data from the product development stage, improve operational efficiency and optimize the
manufacturing process, and lead our clients’ projects to success.
Points:
The company is able to be involved in the implementation and operation of PLM systems while
closely observing the design development process and production technology process in the
manufacturing industry.
As a prime vendor, you will be able to work directly with customers to advance the project.
We are able to acquire the skills to understand the IT issues of the industry and specific
companies and to define the items that need to be changed.
You will be able to take on the challenge of creating a system that will become a standard in
Japan, and then deploying it horizontally on a global scale.
【Must Experience 】
• Experience in PLM system implementation or change projects in the manufacturing
industry (consulting experience is a plus)
• Project management knowledge and experience (3 years or more: WBS management,
issue/risk/to-do management, collaboration with other teams and companies, project size
of 10 or more people, etc.)
• High level of communication skills (strong in proposal, customer negotiation, internal
coordination, vendor control, etc.)
• Ability to understand the client’s goals and ensure that they are achieved.

【Nice to have】
• Good grasp of trends and key technologies related to IT in general.
• Business level English skills (especially conversational skills)
• Experience in consulting and solutions in the area of analytics, such as data warehousing

【A&E】Build out an infrastructure for data analysis to optimized our data utilization of clients.

【Summary】
This position will be responsible for designing and implementing the ideal data structure and
management methods to promote the utilization of big data by our clients.
Design, develop, and implement big data and analytics data infrastructure areas.
This is a job where you can be involved in the upstream of the data analysis infrastructure.
Although it is ideal to integrate various types of massive and dispersed data and bring them to DWH,
there are many cases where this is not possible. The system is complicated by a series of ad hoc
responses, and the information necessary for management decisions cannot be obtained in a timely
and accurate manner.
It is certain that the importance of data utilization in companies will increase in the future, and support
is needed to create an environment that facilitates the utilization of data, which is a prerequisite for
such utilization.
