Job Title: Support Tech lead
Job Responsibiltiy:
Identify root causes of technical issues, job failures.
Demonstrate problem solving, analysis, and prioritization skills.
Implement best production support programming practices
Perform level of effort estimates for assigned tasks and change orders.
Engage and escalate with appropriate teams / stakeholders to resolve issues.
Proactively participate in design, implementation and operation of the platform services both for internal and external customers.
Must have skills and requirements:
Technical Skills- 8+ Years experience in ,.Net Core,.Net Programming-C# .Net Domain
Good knowledge of Production support and ITIL. Production Support experience required.
Willing to be available during off hours (for on-call support)
Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Demonstrate problem solving, analysis, and prioritization skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Ability to communicate with users at all organizational levels.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
